How to apply?

After we have received your application, you will receive feedback within 2 weeks. If you are not eligible on the basis of your CV, we will notify you by mail or telephone. If we do not have vacancies for your profile at the time of your application, we will keep your details in our reserve list.

If you qualify on the basis of your CV, the selection procedure starts

You are invited to an interview with the HR department. During this interview we mainly listen to your work experiences and competences. We explain you a bit more about the function and the company.

After a positive first interview we set a date as soon as possible on which you can come and take your technical and psychological tests. This can be either immediately after the first interview or on a later date.

In case of positive test results we will schedule a second interview, this time with the responsible of the department you applied for.
If the application was made for an executive function, then an assessment will be made in a fourth step.

Depending on the function or the urgency of the vacancy, the order of the steps may vary. If the result of one of the steps is negative, then the selection procedure stops. In that case you will receive feedback as soon as possible.

If the selection procedure is concluded in a positive way, we schedule a final appointment for a contract negotiation.
