CX Designer 




As a customer experience designer you get the chance to use your expertise to define and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Based on thorough understanding of our customers and your insights in the customer journey you help drive the TVH customer experience strategy.
Next to this, you promote a customer-driven mindset by implementing and coordinating cx-related projects and action plans using customer centric methodologies such as design thinking.


Your responsibilities are amongst others:


  • Use and interpret customer insights to help building outstanding customer experiences 
  • Translate improvement opportunities into concrete projects and action plans in order to realize CX objectives
  • Take up a consultative role and represent the customers when collaborating and brainstorming with cross-functional teams in order to stimulate customer centric thinking and design
  • Share and define best practices with regards to customer experience in order to develop a shared customer vision






  • Master degree or equivalent by experience;
  • min 3 years of relevant experience in project / CX domain
  • Grasp and apply the concepts of CX design, project and change management
  • Thinks outside in, customer centric mindset
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders 
  • Ability to lead workshops/brainstorms
  • Ability to make recommendations, solution oriented
  • Autonomous, proactive, pragmatic and goal oriented
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English. Any other language is a plus
  • Ability to adapt your style depending on the situation.
