Integrated Campaign Manager

We are looking to hire a motivated Integrated Campaign Manager, who will join our Marketing team at the TVH Headquarters (Waregem, Belgium).


Your responsibilities include the following:


  • Defining the global integrated campaign strategy in line with the overall global commercial strategy. 

  • The yearly creation of a coherent, global Integrated Campaign plan. 

  • Providing leadership to a team of Integrated Campaign Leads and supervising their work.

  • Monitoring, measuring and reporting out on the results delivered by the Integrated Campaign Teams and the progress booked vs. defined strategy and plan. 

  • Working closely and constructively together with all other marketing functions, other departments, teams and sister companies on a global level. 

  • Creating and safeguarding an environment of permanent improvement within the integrated campaign team. 



  • You have a Master’s Degree and at least 8 years of professional experience, ideally in a marketing agency or technical B2B environment. International experience is a must. 

  • You are good at coaching and motivating people and have experience in managing employees/teams.

  • You have a very good knowledge of English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

  • You have knowledge of and proven experience in activating markets by omnichannel campaigns. 

  • You have proficient skills in data analysis and interpretation. 

  • You are stress-resistant and have good prioritising and organising skills. 

  • You have a high sense of ownership and take initiative. You are decisive and can react quickly and effectively. 

  • You are a strategic thinker and are able to translate overall strategy to a concrete vision and mission for the team and come up with an integrated campaign plan.
