M&A Lead 



TVH Parts is looking for a Global M&A Lead in order to further support the company’s ambitious growth through strategic mergers and acquisitions.


Your core responsibilities include: 


  • Building a clear M&A strategy to support the continued growth of TVH Parts in line with our overall company strategy;
  • Leading the process of performing research, identifying, selecting and prioritizing suitable targets to enhance our M&A wishlist (in line with the M&A and company strategy);
  • Aligning with the Global Management Team and the Board of Directors on priority companies to target and how to target them;
  • Building and maintaining relationships within TVH parts, with market participants and external advisors, as such serving as a key point of contact for deal intake from internal as well as external sources;
  • Preparing comprehensive investment cases for target companies (incl. strategic rationale, valuation, synergy plan and high-level integration plan), also taking input from business experts within the company into account;
  • Serving as main point of contact with the target company as from early interactions (together with the management) on to deal closing (involving our integration team throughout the process);
  • Building a solid post-acquisition plan, maximizing synergies, together with our integration team;
  • Executing transactions with the responsibility to manage all aspects of the deals with a high degree of autonomy, but in close collaboration with the management.





  • An academic background, with a minimum of 5-8 years relevant working experience, preferably a first working experience in a strategy role, complemented by several years M&A practice varying from strategy, target screening, due diligence and commercial due diligence; 
  • A proven track record of successfully executed transactions of various sizes (small and mid cap) in different geographies; 
  • Demonstrable strategic acumen, commercial & operational awareness along with strong negotiation skills;
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong communicator, taking responsibility and working in a transparent and open way;
  • Experienced at stakeholder management and managing multiple priorities and projects;
  • Exceptional analytical and numerical skills.
