Job Summary

 

As a Teamleader, you and your team are responsible for the sales of parts and accessories of our business line MPA:

 

  • You lead, motivate and coach approximately 10 internal sales advisors in achieving their sales objectives.
  • You implement the sales strategy: you translate the sales strategy into operational goals for your team/region and follow these up closely.
  • You take care of the daily planning and organisation of the activities of the members of your team.
  • You hold individual coaching and performance interviews with your subordinates and support their further growth and development.
  • You provide a correct analysis of the sales result and bring up initiatives to improve the results.
  • Your subordinates can come to you for support and advice when solving specific issues (complaints from large customers, quality …). If necessary you take on the challenge yourself.
  • You give customers who come over a warm welcome and a guided tour.
  • Continuous improvement is your motto: you think along with the organisation and undertake actions with regard to the improvement of the processes and the daily functioning of the team.
  • You remain up-to-date via the media and the news, and follow up your markets closely.

Profile

 

  • You are good at coaching and motivating employees and have experience as an office sales worker.
  • You have commercial flair and know how to pass this on to your team members.
  • You have a very good knowledge of French and English.
  • Planning and organising are part of your skills.
  • You have a sense of responsibility, are result-oriented and like to take initiative.
  • You communicate clearly, openly and honestly, and have a strong empathic personality.
  • Improving mutual collaboration and the team spirit comes natural to you.
  • You have a flexible attitude and are stress-resistant.
  • The ability to think and act transcending and problem-solving is a must.
  • You are decisive and react quickly and efficiently.
  • You are prepared to travel abroad as part of your job.
